Louis Sternberg Will Be Presenting at the Suffolk Bar Matrimonial Boot Camp On October 24, 2019

The Suffolk County Pro Bono Project will be presenting a Continuing Legal Education program entitled SCBA Pro Bono Project: Matrimonial Boot Camp on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

This in-depth program contains two separate and distinct components. The first is an overview of the divorce process including financial matters, discovery strategies, imputing income for calculating child support and spousal maintenance, net worth statements the preliminary conference and motion practice and settlement agreements. The second component of the program is a an interactive evidence workshop.

Louis Sternberg will be serving as a program coordinator as well as presenting written materials and a lecture on settlement agreements.

The program will start at 2:00 PM at the Suffolk County Bar Association located at 560 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Those wishing to sign up may do so here or contact the bar association.
