USA Today Article on Pet Custody

USA Today has published a very interesting article about the litigation of custody of pets in divorce.
The article also addresses the recent decision in the New York County Supreme Court matter of Travis v. Murray in which Judge Matthew Cooper used a “best for all concerned” standard in determining custody of the two and a half year-old miniature dachshund named Joey.
