NY Times Preview of Same-Sex Marriage Cases in Supreme Court

Adam Liptak of the New York Times has written a brief preview of the the first of the two same-sex marriage case that the Supreme Court will hear this week.
The first case, Hollingsworth v. Perry, No. 12-144, which the court will hear on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, asks whether California’s ban on same-sex marriage (commonly referred to as “proposition 8”) violates the constitution’s equal protection clauses
